This heavyweight A4 hardback contains the last four years of the drawn-on-paper Striker strips before the switch to computer-generated production in 1999. An early experiment with the new style that ran in The Sun for three weeks in late 1998 is reproduced towards the end of the book.
This era of Striker is also notable for the transition in the tone of the Striker strorylines from drama to comedy drama - mainly inspired by the larger-than-life character traits of Eric Openshaw and his trophy wife Vanessa, who made their Striker debuts towards the end of Volume 2.
The books were printed to order on a first-come first-serve basis, so only a few surplus copies are left over.
Delivery will take about 10 days.
